What is the primary objective of this role?
The Senior Strategist will be the lead strategic mind on multiple accounts. They should be knowledgeable enough to be the strategic voice and curious enough to ask the right questions and recognize new opportunities to grow the brand and relationship.
- Drive the strategic process with internal teams and client counterparts
- Own a part of the client relationship as a trusted strategic advisor on key accounts
- Uncover and define key business challenges, objectives, strategies and insights for our clients
- The development and delivery of key strategic deliverables including but not limited to brand strategies, brand positioning, communication strategies, consumer journeys and personas
- Creation of strategic docs for campaigns, such as territories and briefs
- Design and facilitate team, client or consumer ideation sessions or workshops
- Collaborate with and guide appropriate objectives and methodologies for research
- Makes use of both primary and secondary research to glean insights and truths
- Proactively identify client needs to help with the development of new business opportunities
- Continuously stays up to date on current world, consumer and product trends, advertising campaigns, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in the industry
- Strong client-level leadership
