Digital Media Strategist - Programmatic

We are looking for a Digital Strategist to work alongside our team to develop top-notch programmatic plans and buys using our DV360, The Trade Desk and Centro Basis platforms.
- Experience in the planning, buying and optimizations of digital media campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met and recommendations are made to enhance performance
- Experience with omnichannel programmatic media buying (CTV, Display, Video, Native, Audio and Mobile); in-console experience with DSPs and exchange-based media buying (The Trade Desk, Centro Basis, DV360, Adelphic, others)
- Strong knowledge of 1st- and 3rd-party measurement, fraud, and brand safety solutions (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify)
- Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and ad operations including Campaign Manager (Sizmek experience a plus)
- Play integral role in trafficking, placement and testing of all digital and traditional media assets both externally and through 3rd-party vendors
- Partner with data science on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation for delivery to clients
- Problem solver, ability to think through campaign delivery and performance issues and actively troubleshoot campaigns bringing forth proactive recommendations to ensure flawless execution and impactful results
- Partnering with the Activation team in developing programmatic media best practices, channel learnings, benchmarks, testing roadmaps and case studies
- Experience in other digital or traditional media channel experience a plus: Digital Direct, CRM, Traditional, Social, SEM, SEO
- This person should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a previous role
